About
A focused web studio, not a full-service agency.
EazeBiz helps established businesses modernise websites that no longer represent the quality of what they do — through one clearly defined offer rather than a menu of services.
The starting point
Effort in, but not much coming back out.
Talk to enough shop owners, traders, manufacturers and service businesses and the same pattern appears. They have a website. They paid for it. It went live a few years ago and has barely been touched since — while the business behind it kept moving.
The site still works, technically. It just no longer does its job: it doesn’t look like the business does today, it’s awkward on a phone, and it gives a visitor no obvious way to get in touch.
That gap — between the effort a business puts in and what its website gives back — is the entire reason this studio exists.
How we work
Four things we hold to.
One offer, done properly
A studio that offers everything tends to be sharp at nothing. We run a single, well-understood service — so the process, the estimate and the delivery are all based on having done this shape of work before.
Scope agreed before work starts
Both sides know what is included and what isn’t. That is what makes a fixed timeline possible, and it is why the boundaries are published rather than buried.
The business first, the design second
A website is not a portfolio piece. It has to say what the business does, make that credible, and make getting in touch easy. Aesthetics serve those three jobs.
We will say when it isn’t a fit
Some websites do not need rebuilding, and some projects belong with someone else. Saying so costs us a project and saves everyone a bad one.
What we take on
- Refreshing existing business websites
- Clearer structure, messaging and page hierarchy
- Mobile-first rebuilds of key pages
- Enquiry and contact paths that actually get used
- Selected custom web tools, when clearly scoped
What we don’t
- Ongoing SEO retainers or ranking guarantees
- Large e-commerce platforms
- Big bespoke software systems
- Open-ended monthly design work
- Anything we would be learning on your budget
The work we have delivered is written up in detail on the case studies, and the offer itself — scope, timeline and price — is set out on the pricing page.
Think your website has fallen behind the business?
Send it over. We’ll tell you what we’d change and whether a Refresh Sprint is the right fit — including if it isn’t.
