Cancellation Policy

At EazeBiz, we strive to provide a seamless experience. If you need to cancel your service, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. Cancellations requested beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if the service has not been initiated or if it does not meet the agreed-upon scope of work. Once the development process has started, refunds will not be issued, except in cases where we are unable to deliver as promised.
